Because of this, the water may not have reached its full temperature before your arrival. 🪾 Wooded Mountain Setting: Our cabin is nestled in the woods. Although we have regular professional pest control, occasional insects may still be seen. This is a natural part of staying in a wooded mountain environment. Refunds will not be issued due to the presence of bugs. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the peaceful surroundings. 🚰 Water: The cabin uses well water with a peroxide filtration system. 👤 Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests maximum. 🏡 Booking Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be present at the cabin for the entire duration of the reservation. ❌ No pets, parties/events, or smoking. 📹 Security Cameras: There are 3 security cameras on the property. They are positioned at the home’s entry points: the front door, back staircase, and lower deck. The lower-deck camera does not have a view of the hot tub. The cameras are used for security purposes only. 🚗 Driveway: The driveway is steep. 4WD is recommended during icy weather. 🐻 Bears: Bears frequent the neighborhood.
